We collect the account details you provide (name, email, phone), the repair jobs and bids you post, and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching Customers with Shops, processing payments and payouts, and providing support. We share the minimum necessary information between a Customer and a Shop to complete a job.
We use Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payments. Your data is subject to their respective privacy policies when handled by them.
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing fairrepairs101k@gmail.com.
